  • What are Jerky Stix?
    A healthier way to have jerky! We grind the meat so we can use real ingredients for flavor instead of powder flavorings and soy marinades. They are smoked in a smoker like jerky and have texture of jerky without the slivers getting stuck in teeth.
  • Why is there white coating on my stix?
    It’s salt! Basically due to our old-style drying process, minerals like Calcium and Salt are extracted from inside the stick to outside the casing. Not harmful in any way, and has no impact on the stick except for visuals.
  • What is difference between Jerky Stix and Beef Stix?
    They are made the same but the Jerky Stix are texture of jerky and Beef Stix are a little softer because made with a higher fat content beef.
  • What package sizes do you have available?
    We offer a 5 stick pack at the moment, and larger box orders are also possible through our wholesale program.
  • Is there a discount for bulk orders?
    Yes! Please contact us to discuss wholesale and large orders.
  • Where is your product sourced and made?
    Every step of our process and ingredient sourcing proudly happens right here in Texas, United States.
  • Where can I find your nutritional information?
    Nutritional information can always be found on the back of each product package. For products sold online, you can find nutritional information on our product pages. If the product you’re looking for is not shown on our site, feel free to contact us. We’ll be happy to help you.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Not at the moment but hoping to reach our international friends soon!
  • What if I don't like the flavor I chose? Do you accept returns?
    If there is a problem with our product, please let us know! We would be happy to replace it. However, we don't offer refunds at this time.
  • Can I cancel or make changes to my order after placing it?
    We attempt to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed within one business day, so we’re unable to make changes to an existing order once it has been marked as processing! We’re also unable to cancel or modify orders that have already shipped.
